Job Description

  • Working days: every day except Friday
  • Working hours: 8 working hours.

Duties:

  • Handle the agenda work for the Manager of the company 
  • Responsible for reception of the customers
  • Good time management the schedule of the instructors
  • Organize the appointments and dates of delivering the work
  • Respond to customers’ inquiries in a professional manner
  • Perform any further duties as assigned
  • Send and receive Emails (English & Arabic)
  • Reply on phone calls

  • Females Only, less than 25 years old & good looking
  • Having a bachelor's degree 
  • From Elmahalla Elkoubra and nearby 
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Very good in English language (writing and speaking)
