Job Title: Maintenance Engineer – After Sales Service

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join our After Sales Service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, assembly, and maintenance of supermarket display equipment and related products ( Refrigerators, cutters and Juicers ) , ensuring their efficiency and reliability after sales. This role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, technical troubleshooting, and providing professional support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and analyze technical drawings and designs (AutoCAD).
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure availability of equipment and spare parts.
Install and assemble supermarket display equipment (Refrigerators, cutters and Juicers) at client sites.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for sold products.
Diagnose and repair technical issues to restore product efficiency.
Provide technical guidance and training to customers.
Document installation and maintenance activities accurately.
Collaborate with Sales, Quality, and Warehouse departments to ensure seamless after-sales support.
Ensure compliance with safety standards during installation and maintenance activities.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Power Engineering.
3–5 years of experience in installation and maintenance of display refrigerators, cutters and juicers.
Training in PLC maintenance, AutoCAD, inventory management
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, or similar).
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure, in the field, and travel to client sites.
Excellent command of English.
