Job Description
- Manage AD DC, Users, Computers, GP, Microsoft Exchange 2010, File Servers, and Print Servers.
- Working with SCCM to Provide ON/OFF site Technical Support to all Company Employees.
- Manage Ticketing system; ensuring that all tickets are handled within the SLA frame.
- Provide MS Operating Systems, Computer Peripherals ex Printers & Network Troubleshooting.
- Provide Technical Support for Annual meetings, Board meetings, training sessions.
- Dealing with different laptops & desktops models.
- Answer incoming calls for technical issues.
Job Requirements
- Work Experience: (1-2) year is preferred.
- Preferred Courses: SCCM – MCSA
