Job Description

  • Manage AD DC, Users, Computers, GP, Microsoft Exchange 2010, File Servers, and Print Servers.
  • Working with SCCM to Provide ON/OFF site Technical Support to all Company Employees. 
  • Manage Ticketing system; ensuring that all tickets are handled within the SLA frame. 
  • Provide MS Operating Systems, Computer Peripherals ex Printers  & Network Troubleshooting.
  • Provide Technical Support for Annual meetings, Board meetings, training sessions.
  • Dealing with different laptops & desktops models.
  • Answer incoming calls for technical issues.

Job Requirements

  • Work Experience: (1-2) year is preferred.
  • Preferred Courses: SCCM – MCSA
