Web Designer - Coach Matching Platform (Freelance)

Responsibilities

Design and develop a modern, intuitive user interface for clients, coaches, and administrators
Build an interactive onboarding questionnaire that informs the client–coach matching process
Create coach profile pages including bios, certifications, ratings, and availability

Integrate a booking and scheduling system with calendar synchronization

Implement multiple payment options, including pay-per-session, packages, and subscriptions

Develop an internal messaging feature with optional video session integration

Design a comprehensive admin dashboard to manage users, monitor revenue, and oversee operations

Incorporate analytics tools to track client satisfaction and coach performance

Ensure responsive design and cross-device usability for a seamless user experience
Deliver scalable, well-documented design assets suitable for development and future enhancements

Strong understanding of user experience principles for interactive platforms

Familiarity with booking, scheduling, and payment system integrations

Ability to design intuitive dashboards and data visualization components
Knowledge of designing for messaging and video communication tools is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely with stakeholders

Experience designing SaaS, health-tech, or coaching/therapy-related platforms preferred
Mid-level expertise with a portfolio demonstrating comparable project work
