Senior Network Engineer - Obour City

Main Duties And Responsibilities:

• Fully support, configure, maintain, and upgrade Company networks and installing and configuring computer networks. 
• Identifying and solving any problems that arise with computer networks. 
• Budgeting for equipment and assembly costs. 
• Maintaining existing software and hardware and upgrading any that have become obsolete. 
• Monitoring computer networks to identify how performance can be improved. 
• Keep an eye out for needed updates. 
• Ensure network security and connectivity with the least down time. 
• Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, and latency) and test for weaknesses. 
• Define network policies and procedures. 
• Specify network requirements and design solutions. 
• Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company security. 
• Planning, designing, and documenting of IT systems like network equipment. 
• Responsible for the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of various technologies managed by the IT department. 
• Supports and troubleshoots issues of LAN, WAN, Intranet, Internet, firewalls, and services. 
• Installing, configuring and administration Cisco routers and Switches L2 and L3. 
• Installing, configuring and administration FWs (FortiGate, SonicWALL, Cisco ASA, and Palo Alto). 
• Configuring ADSL, SDSL Lines and Wireless access point on different sites.
