NAOS is now hiring bilingual, French, and English
- To provide speedy telephone response to all calls
- Promote the best image of the Company in a professional manner
- To answer the customer’s need in accordance with the policy wording and as defined by the Insurer, providing comprehensive advice on all aspects of the policy
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- French and English Language fluency is a must to be able to communicate in both languages. French and English C1 or C2 level for both languages (excellent speaking & writing skills are a must)
- Fluency is a must to be able to communicate in both languages
- CS experience is a plus.
- Able to work from 5 PM till 2 AM including 90 minutes break.
- Days off Saturday & Sunday.
