Job Description
- Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
- Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales promoters
- Organize and coordinate sales promoters schedules
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them
- Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships
- Responsible for making good deals / Negotiations with different suppliers , malls managements and retailers
- Receive and report on all sales leads , Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metric
- Mainly handling accounts like ( kiosk in malls , Faces )
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in sales management
- Cosmetics / Natural background is preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Superb leadership ability
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
- Ability to guide and mentor sales team
- Planning, organization and problem-solving skills
- Advanced time management skills
