Job Description
- Plan and manage supply base and ensure availability as per demand
- follow up with suppliers on daily basis
- Coordinate the logistics between farms and the factory on daily basis
- Report & track farm’s service level Performance, in addition to farm’s analysis & financial figures (Scorecard, Newsletter & monthly Reports)
- Manage Milk Sourcing Operation on daily, quarterly basis & annual basis
- Support implementation of new Procurement projects, work processes and systems e& implementing supplier development programs.
- Implementation of Milk Sourcing strategy, work processes and systems & implementing supplier development programs.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, and SC Operation stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Science in Agriculture in Animal Production.
- From 2 to 3 years of experience preferably FMCG, Milk & Agro.
- Very Good Level of English.
- Negotiation skills & Analytical skills
