Job Description
- Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, and attending trade shows and conferences.
- Conduct outbound calls to all potential clients to promote Dale Carnegie products /24 sales call per day (50% existing-25%Dormant -25%New) to:
- Discuss their needs and to explain how specific products and services can meet these needs.
- Advice customers select products based on the customers’ needs, product specifications& regulations.
- Answer customers’ questions about prices, availability, and product uses.
- Responding to inbound client’s inquiries /responding with a call, fax or mail or email within 24 hrs of inquiry time and provides positive, courteous service to customers; answers questions regarding:
- Product line & prices
- Achieve annual sales target /100% to be achieved by end of the year
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- 2+ years Sales or Customer service experience
- Customer Oriented
- Excellent in written & Spoken English.
