Job Description
- Support business and security operations by ensuring we are supporting Tokopedia internal teams while reducing security risk in the operating environment
- Manage daily activities and functions of the Security Operations Team
- Lead the general strategy and direction of Security Operations
- Partner with other IT Security teams and internal users to develop and continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Security Operations processes
- Partner with the Security Risk team to help continually assess and improve upon the needs of the Security Risk Management program
- Find practical solutions to standardize and scale across the Security Operation team
- Partner with internal teams to ensure successful security programs aligned with identified security risks
- Understand technical information security as necessary to review, evaluate, and define controls as part of the risk mitigation
- Ongoing communication of planning, project status, issues, and risks in a timely (and regularly) manner to program stakeholder
- Mine data analytically and extract impactful operational insight
- Manage the development of data resources, gather requirements, organize sources and support various operational initiatives
- Ability to build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics around the performance of the Security Operations team
- Ability to handle several simultaneous tasks while demonstrating urgency and ownership to drive tasks and issues to completion
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience working on Information Security teams or conducting Information Security consulting engagements
- Achieved one or more relevant security certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.) will be a plus
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Ability to prioritize and execute autonomously
- Experience with assurance activities to review the effectiveness of applied security controls
- Experience with developing security reporting that is meaningful and actionable for a variety of audiences, including peers, internal stakeholders, management, and external third parties
- Experience developing and managing processes and procedures while continuously seeking to make relevant and practical improvements to each
- Knowledge in emerging technologies and tactics used within a SOC and how they are applied to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Experience in solving intricate problems and conducting complex analysis
