- Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions in case of any error or debug on their software
- Service and replace old or faulty equipment and install now equipment & machines.
- Provide technical training to SMT engineers to improve their technical skills
- Perform weekly, monthly & annual maintenance for SMT machines.
- Evaluate now product designs through processing trials (reflow soldering, pross fit, etc.)
- Follow up with the material needed and tools needed for the maintenance process.
- Supervise the SMT production line technological process.
- Lead the process evaluation of SMT boards, evaluate the design of trial production and mass production according to printing quality, machine placement accuracy, placement efficiency, and placement quality.
- Analyze any abnormal quality of SMT production line by leading the SMT process engineers to track the quality status of each
