Job Description
- Analyse tender documents, including specifications, drawings, and project requirements, to develop comprehensive and accurate tenders.
- Ensure technical compliance with mechanical and electrical project specifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams to clarify scope and project-specific details.
- Work closely with procurement teams and suppliers to gather quotes and ensure competitive pricing.
- Ensure tenders align with company budgets and project timelines.
- Review the outcome of submitted tenders and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Perform detailed cost estimations, including labor, materials, equipment, and other associated project costs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Must have experience in fit-out procurement
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil engineering tendering,
- Experience with tendering and cost estimation software.
- Knowledge of construction processes, building materials, and engineering design principles.
- Excellent knowledge of tendering processes, cost estimation, and technical analysis.
