Job Description
- Meet regularly with the Production team to discuss the status of all open projects.
- Decide the capacity of the warehouse according to the assigned plans.
- Follow modern technology to process the current projects, result in the highest quality with the minimum cost, and share these plans with the upper management.
- Ensure that the entire quantities of finished products and raw materials are properly entered on SAP system in order to access them easily at any time.
- Ensure the proper storage of the finished products and raw materials by securing the optimum storage conditions.
- Monitor the processes of entering raw materials to the production area and releasing finished products and ensure related necessary documentation and approvals take place.
- Perform weekly inventory check for the warehouse stocks.
- Assign tasks for associates and decide shifts’ timings.
- Execute plans and organize all warehouse related issues including management of the raw materials, finished products, processed materials and areas of storage.
- Defining and setting goals / a performance measure for each job and keeping track of the verified ones first, along with setting up qualification programs to raise and improve results.
- Preparing warehouse standard operating procedures and following up their implementation with high efficiency.
- Responsible for following up the implementation of the plans and objectives for warehouse management and ensuring the efficient application of procedures within the warehouse to achieve the company's monthly goals and performance measures.
- Leads a Warehouse Operations Team that fully utilizes resources to meet the scheduled activities and sustain the materials flow across the receiving & shipping docks, stockrooms, shop floor.
- Supervises the daily shift activities in their assigned functional areas and works with team members to cultivate a winning attitude and creative work environment. Maintains accountable for the training, development, and performance management of team members in a functional area.
- Manage the warehouses teams into the factories.
- Closely monitoring the daily reconciliation reports between warehouse and production stocks on SAP system.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering.
- Post graduate studies in Supply Chain.
- Plus 12 years of experience & Minimum 5 + years of direct employee management.
- English (advanced level).
- Good SAP experience.
- Advanced level user of Microsoft office.
- Excellent planning and organization skills.
- Good knowledge of GMP & GSP.
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001 & related ISO's.
- Decision making and ability to plan procurement strategies.
- High Leadership Skills.
