Job Description

 - Managing catering services.

 - Organizing transportation arrangement.

 - Managing the uniforms.

 - Handling travel arrangements.

  - Assisting in guest management.

 - Coordinating events.

 - Managing laundry services.

 - Overseeing lockers and landline services.

- Overseeing the maintenance of the Admin Building.

- Supervising landscape maintenance. 

- Managing stationary.

 - Issuing PO for any invoices related to services, using the SAP system.

 - Purchasing all necessary furniture for offices and the cafeteria, as well as ensuring the maintenance of furniture and utilities. 

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years of experience in handling transportation, visa requests, catering and cleaning 
- Preferably manufacturing background
- SAP experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills
