Job Description
- Work with engineering companies to review and approve detailed design.
- Develop, manage, and maintain a detailed schedule for automation activities.
- Interface with clients, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate the projectschedules and plans.
- Provide status updates to internal leadership.
- Manage the resources responsible for the configuration and testing of thesoftware components.
- Manage deliverables from support teams and automation hardware vendors.
- Directs and manages all staff associated with Calibration, Quality Control, andRepair, Logistics, and Inventory Control.
- Develops and maintains Key Performance Indicators and reporting of anydeficiencies or negative trends, proposing corrective actions to the Senior Management.
- Ability to take ownership of the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM)
- schedule, perform preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment.
Job Requirements
- 10+ Proven work experience as an Automation Engineer or in a similar role.
- Understanding of automation technologies, control systems, and PLC.
- Knowledge of robotic automation systems, hardware operations, and industrial automation software.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to manage projects and work within a team.
- Strong understanding of safety and data handling procedures.
- BSc degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
