Job Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Notion Administrator to manage and optimize our internal Notion workspace. You’ll be responsible for building systems, maintaining documentation structures, managing permissions, and integrating Notion with other tools through automation platforms like n8n, Make.com, Zapier, etc.
This is a cross-functional role that blends knowledge management, workflow optimization, and low-code/no-code automation.
- Design and maintain structured and scalable Notion workspaces for teams and departments
- implement templates, dashboards, databases, and internal documentation systems
- Manage user access, roles, and workspace security
- Develop and maintain automations between Notion and other platforms (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, Airtable, CRMs) using tools like n8n, Make.com, or Zapier
- Monitor and troubleshoot automation workflows
- Train team members on best practices and new Notion features
- Stay up to date with Notion updates and automation tools to continuously improve workflows
- Document processes and maintain change logs for all automation systems
Job Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex Notion setups
- Hands-on experience with n8n, Make.com, or similar automation tools
- Strong understanding of data structures and workspace design in Notion
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams
- Problem-solver mindset with attention to detail
- Bonus: Experience with APIs, webhooks, or scripting (JavaScript, Python)
Nice to Have
- Experience integrating Notion with tools like Slack, ClickUp, HubSpot, Trello, or Jira
- Knowledge of Notion API and database querying
- Prior experience in knowledge management or internal tooling roles
