- Generating lists of Target Contacts based on specific criteria.
- Delivering prepared sales calls, reading from scripts that describe products or services, to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service.
- Answering questions about the company and its different products.
- Scheduling appointments with prospective customers for the sales team.
- Storing the customer’s personal information accurately in the company's CRM.
- Dealing with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation.
- Completing orders by recording names, addresses, and purchases, referring orders for filing.
- Conducting client or market surveys to obtain information about potential customers.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a telemarketing agent or other sales/customer service role.
- Excellent English is a Must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to use Social Media to generate Leads.
- Ability to learn about IT products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
