Job Description

  • Generating lists of Target Contacts based on specific criteria.
  • Delivering prepared sales calls, reading from scripts that describe products or services, to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service.
  • Answering questions about the company and its different products.
  • Scheduling appointments with prospective customers for the sales team.
  • Storing the customer’s personal information accurately in the company's CRM.
  • Dealing with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation.
  • Completing orders by recording names, addresses, and purchases, referring orders for filing.
  • Conducting client or market surveys to obtain information about potential customers.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telemarketing agent or other sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent English is a Must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to use Social Media to generate Leads.
  • Ability to learn about IT products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
