Job Description
- Program and set up crochet sewing machines (e.g., Karl Mayer, Comez, or equivalent brands) according to design and production requirements.
- Convert crochet pattern designs into machine-readable formats using relevant software.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to translate technical drawings into executable programs.
- Monitor machine performance and make real-time adjustments for optimal results.
- Troubleshoot machine errors and perform routine maintenance when needed.
- Test and approve sample runs before full-scale production.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Textile Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in programming industrial sewing or crochet machines.
- Hands-on experience with crochet-specific machines and programming software (e.g., MÜCAD, COMEZ, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of crochet techniques, textile structures, and yarn types.
