Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update dental case information using ONYX Ceph software
- Use Excel to track and organize case data
- Mark and block spaces between teeth as needed
- Adjust trimlines and add parts based on case requirements
- Make sure each case is sent to the correct production center
- Upload and manage data in the internal production system (MES)
- Check technical details to ensure everything is correct
- Work closely with other team members to keep things running smoothly
- Follow quality rules and internal guidelines
Job Requirements
Skills Needed:
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with numbers and technical data
- Good with Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables)
- Good English reading and writing skills
- Able to manage several tasks at once
- Team player with good communication skills
- Background in dental or orthodontic work is a bonus, but not required
