Job Description
- Achieving Targets (Amount & product Mix) – Executing Company Strategy
- Operating as the lead point of contact with Supermarkets & Hypermarkets
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our Products
- Clearly communicate the progress of Weekly/Monthly Forecasts & Results
- Develop new business with existing & new clients
- Identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets
- Prepare reports on account status
Job Requirements
- 5-7 Years of Experience in FMCG
- Proven work experience as a Key Account Manager, handling multiple accounts
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ideally headhunted from (Distribution + Supermarkets)
