Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
Front Desk Responsibilities
- Answers and transfers incoming telephone calls or takes and delivers messages when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
- Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
- Directs visitors by following employee and department directories; giving instructions.
- Maintains security by following procedures and issuing visitor badges.
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing etc
Job Requirements
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Report writing abilities
- High typing speed (Arabic & English)
- Very Good usage of Excel, Word and Powerpoint, and database software.
- Excellent Command of English and Arabic, both spoken and written
