Job Description

  • Assist the Chief Financial Officer with day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and deadlines for the department.
  • Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and documentation for meetings.
  • Assist with invoicing, payments, and follow-up with clients and vendors.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and calls related to accounting matters.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for financial records.
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on accounting issues as needed.
  • Manage travel arrangements and coordinate meetings for the accounting team.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of financial information.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate accounting department.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in accounting or finance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to work under pressure.
  • PreferredKnowledge of accounting principles and practices.
