Quality Specialist is required for Bevatel Company (Hojuzat Project for Travel and Tourism)
- Monitor and evaluate active agents on an ongoing basis, to determine when additional instruction is necessary.
- Ensure that clients are receiving superior quality performance and that all quality guidelines are being met or exceeded.
- Complete online agent evaluation forms highlighting achievements and identifying areas of needed improvement, to be utilized by agents as well as internal staff.
- Review evaluations with agents, providing suggestions for improvement in a positive manner.
- Conduct Client audits and calibrations to ensure accuracy.
- Encourage agents to always do their best.
- Help to manage and maintain any quality or sales contests for the Agents.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience at the same position at Travel and Tourism agencies.
- Previous experience as a sales agent at Travel agencies is a must.
- Strong knowledge about how to design a touristic package and organize outgoing trips to different destinations around the world using the online systems.
- Max. age: 32
- Punctual, accurate and details-oriented.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Flexible with rotational shifts.
