Job Description

What do we expect from you: 

  • Develop and implement food safety protocols and standards, including HACCP, to ensure compliance with relevant food safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular food safety inspections of the club's F&B operations to ensure that all food is being handled and stored properly.
  • Respond to food-related incidents, such as food poisoning, and conduct investigations to determine the cause and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage food waste by developing and implementing a food waste management program.
  • Collaborate with the QHSE Manager and other stakeholders to establish and maintain a program of continuous improvement in food safety management.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in food safety regulations and ensure compliance with these regulations in all club F&B operations.
  • Assist in implementing safety initiatives.
  • Food safety incident reports: documenting any incidents related to food safety that occur within the club's F&B operations.
  • Food safety inspection reports: documenting the results of regular food safety inspections of the club's F&B operations.
  • Compliance reports: ensuring that the club is meeting all relevant food safety regulations and laws.

Job Requirements

Who are you:

  • Bachelor's degree in agriculture food science department or vet.
  • HACCP Certified or Advanced Food Hygiene Certificate is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a food safety auditor or food safety inspector in Hospitality field.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English language.
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills.
  • Good knowledge of food safety regulations, data analysis and risk assessment.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability.
  • Naturally collaborative and able to quickly build effective working relationships and influence across the organization and with external partners to improve practices.
  • Resilient and able to manage competing priorities.
