Job Description
We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Content Strategist/Copywriter to join our team and elevate our brand messaging. In this role, you will craft engaging, persuasive, and SEO-optimized content for landing pages, technical documentation, and in-app messaging. You will collaborate closely with UX designers and product teams to align content with user needs, product goals, and brand voice. Responsibilities:
● Craft compelling landing page copy that resonates with our target audience, driving
engagement, conversions, and a seamless user journey.
● Refine messaging and value propositions to reflect the brand’s voice and tone,
ensuring content is persuasive, trustworthy, and accessible.
● Conduct keyword research and apply on-page SEO best practices, ensuring content
is both search-friendly and meaningful for human readers.
● Produce clear, concise technical documentation for our SaaS product.
● Create and maintain internal content style guides, editorial standards, and best
practices, fostering consistency across all written communications.
● Work closely with UX designers, and product managers to ensure content aligns with
user needs, product goals, and UX insights.
● Contribute to UX writing tasks such as microcopy, instructions, and in-app
messaging, ensuring language supports user success and clarity.
Job Requirements
● 3+ years of professional writing or content strategy experience, ideally within a SaaS, tech, or digital product environment.
● Perfect native-like English.
● A strong portfolio showcasing a range of copy, including marketing/landing pages,
SEO-optimized content, and technical documentation.
● Proven ability to write clear, concise, and compelling copy tailored to diverse
audiences—human users, search engines, and technical implementers.
● Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page
optimization, and user-intent alignment.
● Experience producing technical content (e.g., API docs, developer guides) that
breaks down complex concepts into digestible formats.
● Comfort working closely with UX teams, participating in design critiques, and
iterating content based on research findings.
● Experience with content management systems, documentation platforms, and design
tools (e.g., Figma, Confluence).
● Background in product marketing or brand strategy.
