Job Requirements:-
- Bachelor Degree of Finance, Accounting, commerce, or related field .
- 6+ Months experience in collection in the financial industry is a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Basic Proficiency in Microsoft office.
- knowledge of consumer/microfinance/etc. principles ,practices, regulations and compliance standard.
- Integrity (Mutual trust, consistent with company ethics and values).
