Job Description
- Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems
- Implement security measures and networks
- Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements
- Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems
- Install and update company software and hardware as needed
- Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items
- experience in voib is a plus
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience as IT specialist or help desk.
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of windows OS and networks.
- Must have good knowledge in:
- Microsoft windows OS and software installation, maintaining, configuration and maintenance.
- Microsoft windows server and domain controller configuration.
- Hardware troubleshooting and replacement of malfunctioning parts.
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
- BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field
