Job Description
- Quantity surveying
- Making as-built drawings shop drawings.
- Issuing submittal of all materials used in the projects.
- Attending meetings with our clients.
- Coordinate with other Technical Office engineers to produce shop drawings.
- Coordinate structural, electrical, and mechanical designs, and determine a method of presentation to graphically represent building plans.
- Resolve arising conflicts between various design components.
- Draw and print rough and detailed scale plans for foundations, buildings, and structures based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets, and other data.
- Layout and plan interior design arrangements using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment and software.
- Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in architecture engineering is a must.
- 2-3 years of experience, 1 year at least in the same role in construction companies.
- Willing to work in the head office
- Good user of engineering computer software (AutoCAD - Revit - Sketchup)
