Job Description
- Passionately developing and using effectively the communication channels, tools and techniques including presentations & announcements to enhance people engagement
- Professionally plan and design content for a variety of internal communication channels for communicating with employees internally to ensuring the alignment of internal messages.
- Passionately conducting & preparing all onboarding processes for the newly hired (Orientation, Office, stationaries, mobile line, laptop, e-mail, etc.).
- Follow up with all departments in conducting the technical orientation to the newly hired employee to ensure fully understand the job duties & responsibilities
- Passionately participate in organizing company events in coordination with marketing team to ensure smooth work operations.
- Quickly respond to all employee’ complaints and grievances, resulting in quick resolution to boost employee morale and productivity.
- Frequently visit all company branches, platforms and any other location to ensure resolving employee's issues.
- Scan & assess branch culture and potential problems/hot issues to ensure resolving it properly.
- Passionately lead the exit interview processes for all resigned employees to ensure smooth work operations.
- Distinctively analyze the exit interview results to provide recommendations for development to ensure employee's retention.
- Proactively participate in the Engagement surveys to analyze the employee's satisfaction level.
- Professionally manage & communicate all employee engagement programs and ensure efficient & effectiveness of operations.
- Manage all reception activities including but not limited to send, receive and deliver all shipments with couriers to concerned parties.
Job Requirements
- University degree in any field.
- 6 – 8 years' experience in employee relations and internal communication field Marketing communication .
- HR diploma is preferable.
- Proficient command of English
- Writing skills: excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Speaking skills: strong speaking skills as you are likely to be called on to give presentations to staff. to an organization’s goals, values and initiatives.
- Interpersonal skills: interpersonal and relationship-building skills in order to work cross all departments. Ability to possess the confidence to deal with managers and senior executives.
