Job Description
- Setting up the online rates structure and yielding and ensuring 100% rate parity across all online channels.
- Managing the relationship with the existing third-party partners including creating and maintaining content and supervising the booking and payment processes.
- Acquiring and contracting new third-party accounts if needed.
- Planning and creating special offers and promotions on the direct website and on the OTAs portals.
- Identify and target market segments booked through traditional channels that may successfully be driven online.
- Analyzing and reporting YOY and month-to-month performance, online trends, competition online activities, presence, and online revenue management strategies.
- Evaluation of the distribution channel's performance (costs, commissions, bookings, revenue) and potential reasons for this performance.
- Increase understanding of online booking patterns by analyzing factors such as demographics, geo-graphics, search words used, & search engines utilized.
