Job Description

Responsibilities:
* Planning, organizing and directing the manufacturing process to achieve the company’s interests and setting a vision and plan to develop the factory and increase production according to available capabilities and labor market conditions.

* Determine the responsibilities of all factory employees, evaluate the quality and commitment of the employee, and provide feedback to the General Manager

* Continuous follow-up of the Quality and Purchasing Department to ensure the quality of operating materials and the final product

* Taking care and ensuring the progress of the work plan and solving the problems it faces to ensure the achievement of the required goals

* Follow up with the General Manager to raise the level and efficiency of the product

* Coordination with suppliers to secure raw materials and operating materials

* Preparing the salaries of employment and manpower employees on a monthly basis and sending them to the Human Resources Department

* Follow up with management and sales officials in pricing and identifying customer inquiries about the orders that will be made in a customized way.

* Preparing reports and submitting them to senior management

* Receiving orders, reviewing them, ensuring their accuracy and completion of all specifications required for the operation process, and reviewing the price and delivery dates.

* Complete supervision of the inputs and outputs of production processes, applying the quality standards and procedures in place in the company, and working to solve and find solutions to all production problems.

* Follow up on shipping and delivery operations

* Rapid response to customer complaints and work to solve the problem, if any, in coordination with the customer service department.

* Determine requirements for raw materials in general, prepare special orders and send them to management for approval

* Determine the needs of human resources necessary to work in the production department and select workers in the department

* Ensure that occupational health and safety standards are applied in the factory

* Follow up on maintenance work in the production hall by specialists

Job Requirements

● Proven experience as production director

● Deep knowledge of production management

● Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations

● Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts

● Experience in reporting on key production metrics

● Proficient in MS Office and ERP software

● Outstanding communication ability

● Excellent organizational and leaderships skills

● Attention to detail

● Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach

● BSc/Ba in production engineering/ applied arts /acritical engineering or relevant field is preferred
