Job Description
- Welcome and greet visitors and register all customer data in CRM System and AS400 System.
- Receive and Sort Faxes and deliver it.
- Provide the customers with all information that they need.
- Arrange all customers’ visits and transfer them smoothly to Service advisor or Salesman.
- Renew the insurance for the customers.
- Maintain information desk area clean and uncluttered.
- Make daily showroom and receiving area maintenance check list.
- Make daily No show Report for Service customers.
- Receive Sales Visit Forms and register it on CRM System.
- Make daily “Traffic Log “reports for Service Department and Sales Department.
- Enter customer data in Facebook leads and Facebook inquiry reports.
- Add aftersales campaigns leads.
- Conducts phone survey on commercial sales service.
- Any other duties within the nature of his/her qualifications, or such duties that become within the nature of his/her qualifications as a result of any training or qualification he/she has received by El Kasrawy Group .
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Fresh grads are welcome to apply and Preferred customer service background.
- Good English language in both spoken, written and reading.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Males Only.
- Maximum age 25 years old.
- Location ( New Cairo/Elsheikh Zayed)
