Job Description
- Prepare and deliver an insights-based Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Annually Social Media Business Review & Report with data from Social Media Analytics dashboards, Google Analytics and similar platforms to present actionable insights in a visually appealing format.
- Aggregate data collected from Clients' social accounts with the goal of identifying trends and insights.
- Aggregating and analyzing data and effectively communicating the risk, impact and opportunities of social media mentions.
- Collects and analyzes information from multiple data sources using technical expertise and tools to uncover insights, statistics and trends.
- Track digital performance and campaigns (Paid Partnership & influencers)
- Generates ideas for new and innovative reporting initiatives and supports the team in developing reporting as new initiatives are rolled out.
- Tests hypotheses, identifies opportunities and develops clear business and measurement objectives.
Job Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Solid understanding of core social channels; LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, along with their corresponding data sets and common KPIs.
- Expert-level proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Social Media Dashboards, Google Analytics, and Data Visualization tools.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and effectively communicate actionable insights to support goals and objectives.
- Team player, detail-oriented, self-starter, optimistic outlook.
- Collaborative in nature with a passion for developing relationships.
- Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
Experience, Education, Certification, License and Training
- 1 - 4 years' experience in reporting, research or insights-based role.
- Fluent in English Language
