Job Description
- Preparing the monthly salary according to the ( attendance, Fixed Salaries, Deduction-Increasing)
- Review the salaries before transfer it to the bank.
- Communicate with managers, Locations and staff to investigate any Irregular cases.
- Prepare reports for ( Days Off, Overtime, promotions and annual increase)
- Maintain right usage for Com and Ben Policies and Procedures.
- Recommend new Ideas/ plans to increase Rewarding system efficiency
- Review pay grades, Job cluster and update jobs salaries accordingly.
- Comparing benefits and compensation plans, job classifications, and salaries through data and cost analyses.
- Assist in implementing and administering benefits programs, including disability, life insurance, workers’ compensation, retirement and other plans.
- Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation and pay equity.
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
- 3-5 years’ experience in Compensation and Benefits.
- Diploma in Human Resource Management is a must.
- Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point).
- Planning and time management skills.
- Decision making and problem-solving skills.
