Job Description

  • Preparing the monthly salary according to the ( attendance, Fixed Salaries, Deduction-Increasing)
  • Review the salaries before transfer it to the bank.
  • Communicate with managers, Locations and staff to investigate any Irregular cases.
  • Prepare reports for ( Days Off, Overtime, promotions and annual increase)
  • Maintain right usage for Com and Ben Policies and Procedures.
  • Recommend new Ideas/ plans to increase Rewarding system efficiency 
  • Review pay grades, Job cluster and update jobs salaries accordingly.
  • Comparing benefits and compensation plans, job classifications, and salaries through data and cost analyses.
  • Assist in implementing and administering benefits programs, including disability, life insurance, workers’ compensation, retirement and other plans.
  • Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation and pay equity.
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Compensation and Benefits.
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management is a must.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point).
  • Planning and time management skills.
  • Decision making and problem-solving skills.
