Job Description

We are looking for an organized and efficient Administrative Secretary to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling communications, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments and meetings for managers and team members.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and databases.
  • Assist with office organization and ensure office supplies are stocked.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team and management.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in office administration or related field.
  • Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
