Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and increase overall online visibility. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct keyword research to identify content opportunities and optimize existing pages.
Develop and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements for site architecture, indexing, and crawlability.
Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and internal linking structures.
Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
Build high-quality backlinks through outreach and content-driven strategies.
Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital channels.
Stay updated with the latest algorithm changes, SEO trends, and industry developments.
Generate regular performance reports, including keyword rankings, organic traffic, and ROI analysis.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of proven SEO experience (agency or in-house).
Experience in Saudi / GCC digital landscape, with knowledge of regional search behaviors and online consumer trends.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of Arabic and English SEO strategies (bilingual optimization preferred).
Hands-on experience with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
Good understanding of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO.
Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Magento, etc.).
Knowledge of local SEO practices (Google Business Profile, maps optimization, local directories).
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO fixes.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (written & verbal).
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Strong collaboration skills to work with marketing, content, and development teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Saudi e-commerce platforms and local consumer behavior.
Experience in Arabic keyword research and creating SEO-friendly Arabic content.
Understanding of Saudi regulations on digital marketing & content compliance.
Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, or services sector in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
