Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic and results-oriented sales agent to join our growing team! This role combines the traditional strengths of an indoor sales agent with the exciting prospect of occasional field work to build and strengthen customer relationships. You'll be responsible for driving sales through various channels, from phone calls and emails to face-to-face meetings, while contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Indoor Sales:
  • Generate and qualify leads through proactive cold calling, email outreach, and inbound inquiries.
  • Engage in productive sales conversations, identify customer needs, and present effective solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve individual and team sales quotas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on sales activities and performance.
  • Field Duties:
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Conduct occasional onsite product demonstrations and consultations with potential customers.
  • Provide follow-up support to existing clients and build stronger relationships.
  • General:
  • Possess strong product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout all interactions.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of bachelor's degree, preferable in (sales, marketing, business).
  • +3 years of experience in products sales and Showroom operations
  • E-commerce knowledge and on-hand experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Strong cold calling and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and close deals.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer software and applications (e.g., CRM, email platforms, scheduling tools).
  • Ability to travel occasionally and participate in field duties (e.g., attending events, onsite visits).
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow established procedures and regulations.
