Job Description
- Responsible for getting detailed monthly placement plan from the Sales department to install the number of POSs that will be needed for the monthly target
- Responsible for checking end of contract machines and identifying the problems either software or transferred Hardware problems to Maintenance technician team
- Coordinate all the in & out transactions about the activation warehouse (Sims and Stickers) to handle the requests of sales team and avoid any shortage
- Handle any POS complains related to (Sales, RCC, social media & Aman FS team) to meet the customer satisfaction
- Provide ongoing reports about results achieved and work obstacles
- handle the tasks (penalties & set pin & ….) related to technical team
- Train the RCC team to keep the product knowledge updated
- Communication with operation team about (latest version - software bugs -.)
- Responsible for mentors’ juniors team members to share the job knowledge and assist in the on-the-job training
Job Requirements
- Very good understanding of the system.
- Having the required business knowledge.
- Very good understanding of the POS.
- Presentation skills.
- Ability to understand how the POS works and identify the errors if any.
