Job Description

Job Description:

  1. Manage day-to-day operations of the office space and ensure all clients are satisfied with their experience
  2. Assist with advertising and marketing efforts to promote available workspaces and attract new clients
  3. Coordinate and manage booking of workspaces, ensuring availability and suitability of space for each client's needs
  4. Assist with contract completion and ensure that all necessary documentation is in place
  5. Onboard new clients, including ensuring that internet and other necessary services are working properly
  6. Ensure the office space is always clean and presentable, working with the building operator to resolve any issues or concerns
  7. Provide excellent customer service to all clients and handle any complaints or issues that arise
  8. Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
  9. Assist with scheduling and coordinating events or meetings in the office space

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferable
  2. Experience in office management, customer service, or a related field is preferable 
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  5. Experience with marketing and advertising, with knowledge of various advertising channels and methods is preferable
  6. Knowledge of contract management and legal documentation
  7. Familiarity with basic IT systems and troubleshooting, with experience in setting up and maintaining office technology and equipment is preferable
  8. Ability to work independently, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  9. Positive attitude, with a desire to provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
