Job Description
- Global Talent Strategy & Planning
- Develop comprehensive sourcing plans aligned with business objectives and growth projections
- Map talent markets worldwide, identifying emerging hubs and niche communities
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs
- Candidate Identification & Engagement
- Leverage a mix of channels—LinkedIn Recruiter, industry forums, talent communities, referrals—to uncover passive and active candidates
- Craft personalized outreach campaigns to engage prospects across regions and time zones
- Conduct initial screenings to assess cultural fit, competencies, and motivation
- Contract Negotiation & Onboarding
- Partner with Legal and HR to draft, review, and finalize offer letters, contractor agreements, or full-time employment contracts
- Manage compensation benchmarking, ensuring competitive packages in local markets
- Coordinate with People Ops on background checks, document collection, and smooth onboarding logistics
- Talent Performance Management
- Establish clear performance expectations and success metrics in collaboration with hiring managers
- Monitor onboarding progress and 30-/60-/90-day check-ins, addressing any gaps or support needs
- Track talent retention and performance trends; recommend interventions (training, mentoring, role adjustments) as needed
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting
- Act as primary liaison between hiring managers, HR business partners, and external agencies
- Deliver regular dashboards on sourcing metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, pipeline quality) and market insights
- Continuously refine processes and source-of-hire channels based on data and feedback
- Employer Branding & Talent Community Building
- Represent the company at virtual and in-person events, career fairs, and industry meetups
- Produce thought-leadership content (blogs, webinars) to attract passive candidates
- Nurture alumni and candidate communities through newsletters, social media, and referral initiatives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mascom, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of full-lifecycle recruitment or talent sourcing, preferably with an international remit
- Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with global regulations
- Passion in Fashion
