Job Description
- Plan, design & deliver technical training sessions, webinars, workshops, etc. in groups or individually.
- Devise technical training programs according to our products & services and our targeted segment of clients.
- Prepare training materials (Training Manuals, presentations, worksheets, etc.)
- Work on the continuous improvement for the training materials, documents and handouts
- Arrange for and conduct on-site training.
- Ability to conduct online training and prepare educational videos.
- Observe and evaluate the results of training programs.
- Ensure documentation of all training courses & activities.
- Measure the effectiveness of the training programs implemented, through the learning results achieved & return on investment and make improvements.
- Provide monthly reports for the Training Section Head on progress to date against objectives, key training statistics, speed, and effectiveness of training.
- To undertake additional projects as requested.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent professional experience is a must
- Strong training and/or teaching experience
- Strong oral and written communication that effectively articulates complex ideas
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent soft skills/handling skills and active listening
- Flexibility to work under pressure
- IT Technical background is preferred
- Fluent in English
