Job Description

  • Handling all customer inquiries on all social media platform, via calls,
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, e.g. Shopify.
  • Experience in Clients support , handling customers inquiries or any order details.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information regarding products, pricing, order status, shipping, returns, and company policies.
  • Staying up-to-date with shipping company procedures to handle order statuses effectively..
  • coordinate daily activity of tracking shipments with clients.
  • Process order modifications, cancellations, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company procedures.
  • work closely with operation team.
  • manage daily clients complaints.

Job Requirements

  • Retail Experience is must.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 1 years of proven experience in a customer service

Specifying "in an e-commerce environment.

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
