Job Description
- Handling all customer inquiries on all social media platform, via calls,
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, e.g. Shopify.
- Experience in Clients support , handling customers inquiries or any order details.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information regarding products, pricing, order status, shipping, returns, and company policies.
- Staying up-to-date with shipping company procedures to handle order statuses effectively..
- coordinate daily activity of tracking shipments with clients.
- Process order modifications, cancellations, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company procedures.
- work closely with operation team.
