Job Description
- Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base
- Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare, and execute strategic deals in complex sales cycles
- Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity
- Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
- Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
- Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses
- Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements
- Collect and document competitive intelligence
Job Requirements
- conduct outbound calls to existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
- research and qualify new leads through various channels, including social media, online databases, and networking events.
- maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM System.
- collaborates with the sales team to develop targeted strategies for customers engagement and lead generation.
- assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- provide feedback to the sales team about client needs and market trends
- excellent communication and presentation skills in English
