Job Description
- Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms.
- Coordinate with engineering and production teams to understand material requirements and specifications.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage replenishment to prevent shortages.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and pricing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to assess supplier quality and performance.
- Develop and implement strategies for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering is a MUST
- From 0-2 years of experience.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
