Job Description
- The Facilities Specialist is responsible for performing operational support duties of the Facilities Management Department by assisting the Facilities Manager as directed and ensuring that all facilities, properties, and office service functions operate effectively and efficiently.
Job Requirements
- English Excellent
- Proven experience as an office management.
- Proficiency in MS office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, particular) Hands- on experience with office machines.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work attention to detail and problem solving skills.
