Job Description
- Carrying out testing on concrete and raw material, compiling test reports Preparing mix designs, and conducting trial mixes.
- Design recipes according to the required NORMS with the best utilization of raw materials and the lowest production cost.
- Selecting the best raw material sources and make sure of all deliveries according to the selected quality.
- Planning, coordinating & controlling all laboratory activities.
- Direct the testing of all the raw materials for concrete. Ensure that it is done with sufficient frequency.
- Overlooking the laboratory and manage the technicians.
- Meet high productivity Establishing laboratory facilities practices to fulfill test requirements train laboratory technicians to meet project quality plan Managing.
- Ensuring implementation of H&S policy and rules within his department and at casting sites.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Science or Material Quality Engineering or Civil Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in ready-mix is a must.
- Damietta / Portsaid Residents or near areas from Damietta are highly recommended.
- Result-oriented.
- Very good English skills.
- Advanced communication skills are mandatory.
