Job Description
- Develop and oversee the execution of the engineering plans and drawings for new construction, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Conduct site assessments, soil analyses, and structural evaluations to inform design and construction decisions.
- Monitor ongoing facility operations and maintenance activities to identify areas for improvement or repair.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Ensure all construction and facility related activities comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the manufacturing team on infrastructure- related issues and challenges.
- Prepare reports, permit applications, and other documentation as required by local authorities and the company.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in civil engineering and manufacturing facility management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineering license
- Minimum 0f 5 years of experience in civil engineering with focus on industrial or manufacturing facilities
- Knowledge of building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Strong project management and problem solving skills
Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and equipment
