Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Mapping the annual training plans and schedules.
- Manage all aspects related to instructors including their schedule, readiness of educational materials and more.
- Help in designing and developing training programs and materials.
- Map out annual training plans.
- Design and develop training programs.
- Design training needs assessment (pre and post).
- Assess instructional effectiveness, training impact on skills.
- Design instructor selection processes and workflow.
- Set instructors selection criteria and KPIs.
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
- Research and recommend new training methods, like gamification.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Education, Training or HR.
- Experience with e-learning platforms.
- Experience in e-learning programs and digital systems.
- Familiar with the instructors, equipment and educational material requirements for each project.
