Job Description

B2B Sales Manager Required Now for one of the largest Ceramic Brands in the World, it serves clients in more than 150 Countries, as it has 23 State-of-the-art plants across the UAE, India, Bangladesh, and Europe, The Company was Founded in 1989 and Headquartered in the UAE 

- Work location will be in KSA "Riyadh, Jeddah" 
- With a Very attractive salary + Full paid accommodation 

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Meeting planned sales goals.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • The ongoing training of your salespeople.
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
  • Promoting the organization and products.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • 8+ Years of Experience as a B2B Sales / Sales outdoor 
  • Experience in The Same industry IS A MUST "Ceramics tiles & Sanitary ware and Wall paints"
  • Experience in Dealing With projects IS A MUST, "Residential projects"
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service.
  • Ability to lead a sales team.
