Job Description
- Assist in the development of architectural designs from concept through construction.
- Prepare drawings, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools.
- Conduct site analysis and research local building codes and regulations.
- Support the preparation of presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other team members.
- Participate in project meetings and help with documentation.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant regulations and sustainability standards.
- Assist with material selection and cost estimation under guidance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent).
- 0–2 years of experience in an architectural firm or related field (internship experience counts).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and drafting techniques.
- Familiarity with local building codes and construction standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
